    you can put in your goal for pounds lost (1-2 pounds per week is a health managable goal)

    You can track your exercise and what you eat and see how you do for your goal each day. Make sure you eat well balanced meals.

    Cut down your calories.Exrise .3500 make up a pound.U burn about 1500 calories just by being alive so dont go under that. I suggest u eat somewhere between 1800 and 2000 calories

    Lost 10 pounds over summer when i was already underweight.*sigh* Oh well I have to gain 30 pounds to be normal now! >:(

    Start drinking plenty of water and get your exercise.(at least 30 minutes a day) I needed to lose a bit more than you did but I was successful after I found this website.     If you’re only trying to lose 5 lbs, then I would just not eat for like 2 days. It’s not anorexia, and won’t kill you. You’ll get thin and you won’t die. And it’s very short.

    Cut back on the crap, drink water and dried fruit, it will swell and you will feel full. Eat porridge it’s a slow burner and you will feel full longer, great with honey and honey is not stored in the body as fat.
    It will be hard this time of year, but if you really want to lose it you will. If you have a food day ,cut back the next, weight watchers is a waste of money, you have to get it in your brain YOU want to do it. The minute you stop going is the minute you will stop losing weight. You can do it on your own.
