lose weight fast and easy….. HELP?

ok so how to lose weight easy and fast like is there pills that girls can take that are 12 ad 13??? PLEASE HELP also i don’t wanna here mean comments or stuff like puke or starve your self thanks :/

There are no miracles.

Turn off the computer and video games, swear off the junk food, and go out for the track team at school. That’s the most effective AND healthy way to do it.

    Don’t puke or starve yourself, it actually isn’t that effective it just slows down your metabolism. Start by cutting back on calories a little, maybe about 300 less. Then exercise a little more, maybe go on walks or something like that.
    You don’t need to worry too much if you are only 12 or 13. Just go out and live, you will be healthier that way. Just don’t eat junk food and you are fine. (:

    never starve urself it will come back on
    and it will efect u in the long run…
    go walking everyday i wake up at 6am and go walking till about 8am
    dance to music u enjoy
    skip in the garden
    the only fing to speed up weight loss is giveing the sweet things up
    excercise will help.
    i heard u can drop a dress size in 2 weeks
