I do the carb diet (Atkins) try that and look it up. You can eat all the meat, cheese, and eggs you want for the first two weeks. Then you add some carbs in. How many carbs a day is up to you and your body.

Eliminate refined sugar..drink diet soda or water. Stay away from potatoes..especially fries. Eat salads and fruit a lot. Steer clear of pastries..pasta..heavy breads. Have special K for breakfast. Walk a couple of miles a few days a week.
