i really need to lose a lot of weight as fast as i can not a certain amount just as much as i can

Eat less, exercise more.
Work out 45 min a day, drink only water and maybe a small amount of skim milk, and eat your vegetables and whole grains.
It’s not healthy to go on some extreme diet or exercise till you die. I am sure you look fine as you are and making yourself unhealthy to lose weight won’t get you far.

For example if you figure your daily needs are 1500 calories a day..see BMR charts to find this out, plenty of free ones around..
Then to loose weight you need simply be under that number. The easiest way to do this is with exercise and diet.
To loose 1 pound = roughly 3500 calories..
that would equal about 35 miles of walking/running or
about 9 bags of chips..so for most people the easiest way is to cut out the junk…high in calories and start exercising to create a calorie deficit, and you’ll loose weight.
