Is running for 30 min. a day good for dieting & weight loss fast?

PLEASE READ : I have a Little belly fat & my questions are – is running for 30 min. a day good to lose belly fat fast because i dont want to waist my time.
Also im pretty athletic, i play soccer, i watch what i eat. Also how long will it take to be skinny & lose belly fat? ALSO IS THIS GOOD EXERCISE GOD ENOUGH OR NO?

It will definately help. But situps will help more because the workout focuses more on the targeted area.

yes that helps alot! 30 mins a day, it sounds like your mabey 13 or 14, 15 mabey, but get your parents to get joined at a local fitness center, i goo to the ymca and since have joined, i have used the pool, tenis, gym, and fitness center and OMG i loss 24 pounds in 1 month, its hard to lose weight, but after all that work you fill alot better, hope this help and god bless

sit ups will work faster (try doing situps from side to side)….But running is toning your body.

I did basically the same thing you are doing after I had my third child. I couldn’t lose weight no matter what I tried. I used weight loss pills, tried different diets, and exercised with no success.
