i feel the best way is to try and cut sugar,75% of the white flour you would usually consume [chips,french fries,whit bread in general],all carbonated drinks,and lower food comsumption along with missing 2 meals a week or no food on like sunday and atleast walking your back yard every day through rain and shine youl lose about 5 lbs. in about 1.5 weeks lol i do that 2 times a month

For losing weight, I think it’s essential to get more informed about the mineral and vitamin content of the food. Make a spreasheet of all the vitamins and minerals in the column section. On the row section, write the food that contain the most of each one. For instance, an orange may give you your 100% daily value of Vitamin C. Then write a “X” where “Vit C” and “Orange” meet. That’s only the general idea of this method. You can figure out the specifics yourself.

I always think loosing weight is not only about what we put in our bodies, but also what we put in our heads. If we doubt, then weight loss wont accure. Changing our body structure also requires changing the way we think, changing attitudes, changing the way we see ourselves, changing habits (which come from the mind)…
