What are some simple, easy ways to lose weight?

Im not talking 25 or 50 pounds here, just 4 or 5 pounds like from the tummie and legs. What are some good things to do and eat for that?
Run 20 minutes 5x a week, go to the gym to lift. Do exercises on the stairs. Eat a lot of vegetables and whole grains. Drink a lot of water. Don’t drink soda or salty foods.

Stop drinking soda, and start eating healthier stuff, like a lot more fruits and veggies. And if you have a treadmill, use it. Great exercise! Exercise and eating right are two main things to lose weight!
