what are some easy ways to lose weight without pills or any products you have to buy?

im 15 years old im like 5′3 5′4 and way around 150 pounds.school is getting ready to start and i want to look good. so i want to lose 10 to 20 pounds but, i don’t even know were to start. i do exercise when i go to volleyball practice but that doesn’t help me lose the weight on my tummy it only tones out my legs.

Don’t drink pop, it causes bloating in the stomach. Drink a lot of water. Place your meals with less carbs (bread, sugars) and more vegetables, fruits, and drink water with every meal and in between meals. Go for a walk or jog every day around your neighborhood. Avoid eating after 8 p.m at night. Those things make a lot of difference, and it is an all natural way to stay healthy and get into better shape.
