(Read Discription) What are good, fast, and easy ways to lose weight?

Okay, well my mom says Im not fat. but I know for fact I am. I know she is just saying that to not make me feel bad. I’m not doing this to get a guy, or get into the cool crowd, im doing this so I can have a better shape and not be so weighty.
Sorry for the mistakes in the first disciption. Anyway, I’m 13, 5"8, and I’m 150 pounds.
Just eat healthy and exercise, burn more calories than you take in.

There is no way to do it like that, if you go into the fast and easy road you will likely end up in cycles of weight gain and loss.
The best way is dont starve yourself, eat regular meals and excercise. Yes it takes longer but the results are better and last much longer.

First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.

That means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc. That is how you should eat for life! If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight. Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils.
The second option is to do a short-term "drastic diet" that is designed to last for 2 weeks max. This would take off the most weight rapidly. There are several on the site under "Diet Plans" but my favorite is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet.

You get to pick what you eat, but you’re going to want to pick highly nutritious foods to keep your metabolism working efficiently. Taking the weight off is not the challenge.Anybody can loose weight,the challenge is keeping the weight off once you loose it.Some of the popular fad diets can actually be dangerous to your health.The only SAFE way to loose weight properly and keep it off is to work with a dietician.Your primary care doctor can refer you to one.Often a local hospital will have a person that can help you create a SENSIBLE diet and exercise plan that will allow you to loose the weight you want and keep it off.It will not be easy as it requires you to change your eating habits and lifestyle.But if you are determined to do it right then it’s your only choice.

Well there is no fast way to lose weight that is also healthy or easy. The fastest healthy way I know how is a a temporary diet of 1200 calories a day. You can really lose a lot pretty fast this way.
Along with this, start editing your diet to include more healthy food and less junk foods and sodas. Try drinking more green tea to get your metabolism going and exercise on a regular basis – 15 to 30 minutes of cardio exercise at least 3 days a week.
(This doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself sometimes! It’s fine to have a glass of soda, a cheeseburger, or a candy bar every now and then =D if you are eating healthily and exercising regularly, this won’t effect your weight loss)
