Easy ways to lose weight. Any suggestions?

I want an easy way to help me lose weight, or even just to tone my body. I ain’t fat but i have huge thighs and hips. I hate them. My bottom and stomach is fine considering the size of my thighs and hips. Just need a way to help me lose weight from those places but not from any other places. Any suggestions?

You can definitely tone areas you want on yoru body. You just need to target them and work them through there ranges of motion.

Also doing full body exercises in a circuit fashion style will help you burn fat and tone up really fast if your consistent with it.

    Cut out the bad carbs and processed foods and stick to lean meats or fish, veggies and whole grains also cut out the fat and sugar.
