Release the NEED to lose weight

This is the first video in my EFT for weight loss series. I wanted to make this video free so you can try it out for yourself. I am working on improving the quality of the videos but the most important thing is the content of this video. When you release the ‘need’ and any desperation to losing weight, you stop focussing on weight and diets, and it becomes easier to actually lose the weight and release any further emotional blocks to weight loss.

Hi Nikki. This is an excellent video for people that are at war with their weight and who obsess about losing it… and think they are not good enough until they are thin. Thank you so much for addressing so many issues surrounding losing weight. Could i suggest that when you are doing the setup phrases…could you slow down a little so by when we are following you we have time to repeat what you are saying please. Many thanks Julie
