<p>Keys to getting a six pack:<br />
You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area.</p>
<p>Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body.</p>
<p>Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs.</p>
<p> Proper Nutrition:</p>
<p>Do not sabotage your results in the gym by giving yourself a passport to pig out. Ridding the body of fat once and for all is accomplished by proper nutrition more so than incorporating cardio. At the end of the day, if you have consumed more calories than you have expended, you add body fat. So you need to burn more calories than you consume.</p>
<p>Nutrition is important because you can reduce the amount of calories you take in, therefore greatly having an effect on the amount which you have to expend through cardio. Eat five to six small, well-balanced meals spaced apart about every three to four hours. Try to keep something healthy on hand.</p>
<p>If not, when you become real hungry, you will opt for something that isn&#8217;t as good for you. When you become overly hungry, all rational thinking goes out the window.</p>
<p>But it is important to get something in you. Not eating on time or at all is almost as bad as eating too much. Keep protein intake high (approximately 50% of daily calories), carbs moderate (40%), and fats minimal (10%).</p>
<p>Muscle fiber is made of tightly-wound protein molecules that is damaged during a workout, so you need more protein than the sedentary person to help that muscle tissue repair. Carbohydrates have an important role in the body, but do not base your meals on them. Try to avoid simple sugars like cane sugar, honey, fruit juices, syrups, and even a lot of fruit.</p>
<p>Drink at least a gallon of clean water each day as well. It will help in nutrient absorption and digestion and will help flush toxins from the body.</p>
<p>Bottom line, make sure you are supplying your body with well-balanced, healthy food every three to four hours.</p>
<p> Weight training The Abdominals:</p>
<p>Here is where most people go wrong in their attempt to develop their abs. I often ask those I train, &#8220;Would you train your biceps with sets of 50 reps with no weight?&#8221; Of course, they say &#8220;no.&#8221; How about your chest, 50 reps with no weight? Another no. I then ask, &#8220;Then why would you do that with your abs?&#8221;</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an important key. If you want proper ab development, you need to add resistance (weight) to your ab exercises. Abs are muscles just like biceps, triceps, pecs, glutes, whatever. You need resistance to properly strengthen and build them. The same goes for abdominals</p>

I don&#8217;t want to use liposuction or any crazy surgery just naturally.  Are there any good diets that I can go on that would help with this?  Thanks!!<br />
<br />The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.</p>
<p>1. Choose whole grains.</p>
<p>2. Drink plenty of water.</p>
<p>3. Choose lean meats and fish.</p>
<p>4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.</p>
<p>5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.</p>
<p>6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.</p>
<p>7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.</p>
<p>8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.</p>
<p>9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.</p>
<p>10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup. </p>
<p>11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.</p>
<p>12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).</p>

<p>* I n g r e d i e n t s *<br />
&#8230;missing quantities are up to you for this one!&#8230;<br />
— Raw Corn on the Cob (yes, totally raw, NOT even so much as lightly steamed&#8230;although if you need to steam them, we won&#8217;t tell anyone&#8230;)<br />
— Beefsteak Tomatoes<br />
— Cucumbers*<br />
— 1 bunch of Cilantro<br />
— 1 Lime<br />
*unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic</p>
<p>* P r e p a r a t i o n *<br />
— 1) Shuck the corn, and lay out on what will be each person&#8217;s lunch or dinner plate.</p>
<p>— 2) Slice the beefsteak tomatoes into very large pieces &amp; slice the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, setting all sliced tomatoes &amp; cucumbers along side the shucked ears of corn.</p>
<p>— 3) Chop the cilantro into large pieces, and divide among all of the plates as well.</p>
<p>— 4) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the lime over everything on each plate, but concentrating most heavily on the cilantro and the corn.</p>
<p>— 5) Serve, and enjoy!</p>

— I wanted to share with you a REAL raw food meal, meaning one that is more typical for a REALLY quick and simple raw food dinner. This recipe involves no machines! But I do use a knife&#8230;</p>
<p>— The top question type I have been getting has been about LOVE, and mainly in the sense of asking, &#8220;How do I get more love?&#8221;</p>
<p>— The 2nd top question type I have been getting has been all things related to CORN, yes corn&#8230;go figure! So, to ward off in advance any further &#8220;So how do you prepare your corn?&#8221; type questions, here is the answer if you haven&#8217;t figured it out already: I eat my corn 100% raw and unadulterated&#8230;not even slightly steamed! <img src='http://www.quickest-waytoloseweight.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>— Regarding love, we are all an infinite field and we just come out of that&#8230;but with conditionings brought upon by us by our environments.  At each of our cores, we really are all innocent.  Just because many of us have been programmed with &#8216;negative&#8217; and/or &#8216;ignorant&#8217; things, through no faults of our own, this does not make our inner, innocent selves out to be bad&#8230;</p>
<p>— So we REALLY need to love OURSELVES no matter what! Check out these inspirational stories!  Is your new years resolution to lose weight and get in shape?  Its not as tough as you think and I will show you how. </p>
<p>&#8220;Diet&#8221; is a four letter word, remove it from your vocabulary!  If you go ON a diet, you will eventually have to come OFF it and when you do, your weight will rebound .  </p>
<p>Make small, doable changes &#8211; not epic efforts doomed to failure. Small changes in our nutrition and lifestyle can make a huge difference over a year.  For example:</p>
<p>&#8212; two slices toast instead of a daily donut &#8211; lose 15lbs fat in a year<br />
&#8212; soda water instead of a daily coke &#8211; lose 15lbs fat in a year<br />
&#8212; baked potato instead of daily french fries &#8211; lose 40lbs fat in a year<br />
&#8212; walk 20 minutes a day &#8211; lose 10lbs fat in a year</p>
<p>The beauty of these little changes is that each one is easy but they all add up to make a huge difference.  Just promise that you will walk at least 20min a day and choose 2 or 3 of the unhealthy things you eat on a daily basis and replace them with a healthy alternative.    Just promise yourself that you will do them for one full month, anybody can live without french fries for one month!  Just take it one day at a time,  cross the days off on a calendar if you want.  A wonderful thing will happen after a month, your new healthy habits will have formed!  You will already feel better and have more energy, people will start complimenting you and you will be STOKED!  You might even find that you are so excited about how good you feel that you choose to start walking 30min instead of 20minutes for the next month!  You might even be inspired to buy a cheap used set of weights and start some strength training.  Just take it one month at a time and slowly build upon your success, dont try to do everything all at once.</p>
