How much do you need to lose? If a lot, then Atkins is a good way to start and then maybe Weight Watchers to continue! This is all assuming you are in really good health to begin with and plan to take vitamins daily!

yeah but i don’t have to to exercise
time to exercise

I can suggest you:
1. Colored diet for 1 week – you can lose 5-15 pounds depend where you start from (I mean weight). Hard but healthy
2. Japanese diet for 2 weeks – also quite hard, but you will continue losing weight after quitting the diet
3. Tibet’s diet – for 3 weeks with 1 week break in between – very healthy, no meat.

What is the best diet to lose weight while doing little exercise (no time), and what is the eating schedule?

I need to lose 10–20 lbs and get very little exercise because of time constraints. I’ve heard about low-carb diets but know nothing about them. What is the best diet choice to lose weight and then to maintain my ideal weight?

drink lotsssss of waterrrrrrr
eat fruitssss anytime of the day..
drink green tea it helps burn fat
grape fruit does too
do not eat after 6pm
dont forget the 2litrs of water a day
atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. well 15kg in a month, u should workout an hr everyday,,,
Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best… fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch……

Has anyone tried the Alli tablets/diet to Lose weight?

i’m thinking fo doing this but are they worth it, Im good at dieting, but do they really make any difference?

i saw a review of Ali on the Tv and basically it just makes you go to the toilet more to get rid of excess fat which isnt pleasant.. people said that they suddenly just had to goo =S which could be embarrassing
plus, you can only get it if your bmi is too high and you are classed as overweight
