Im trying to lose weight fast,easy and supper supppperrr fassstt!!!!!!!!!!!!?


Easiest way to lose way is cut out soda, juices, sweets, and snack foods. Excercise at least 15 minutes each day (I find a mix aerobics and weights to be the best), and eat 4 small meals a day.

Example:
-Breakfast: Egg with whole grain toast
-Lunch: Half a sandwich with a cup of salad
-Snack: Cottage cheese mixed with plain yogurt with a fruit
-Dinner: Cup of soup with a side

Some people will add an extra meal between breakfast and lunch, but this should only be done if you are an early riser. The key is eating about every 3-4 hours. If you are not able to get a meal in, the easiest thing is to drink a glass of milk. I personally love drinking a glass of chocolate soy milk! Tons of nutrients and it tastes good!

Another fab is cutting out all carbs! You don’t need to cut them completely out, but just keep them in moderation. Some people can eat a lot of pasta, rice, and bread and it doesn’t do nothing to them. So depending on your body, you can either watch them or don’t worry about them… but there is no need to cut them out completely!

Another excercise tip that I know of is walking/running up and down stairs! Great legs workout, but it is a great form of doing aerobics also!

Our bodies are almost all water, so clearly, water is important to us. If the fruit or vegetable came with water in it, it should stay with it! Otherwise, our bodies would have to retrieve the same amount of missing water from our very own bodies in order to digest the dehydrated food properly. In my opinion, dehydrated foods literally dehydrate you. So please have them in moderation, and always with a glass of water…but do not make that a habit, as whole fruits and vegetables are always best!
