What is the best way to lose weight fast and easy in 2 weeks besides running?


Eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner smaller portions, dinner no later than 4 hrs. before bed time. Eat snacks like carrots apples your favorite fruits between meals. this actually helps keep your metabolism high. Walk Six miles or more a day. I lost 10 lbs. a week doing this for 3 weeks. I’ve been holding steady 30 lbs. down for 2 weeks and will bump my miles up to 10 to 12 and see if I can lose 30 more. Good luck

i want to lose weight but i feel like puking?
