How can you lose weight fast and easy?

I’ve been working out with my dad lately, and it seems to be helping a little. But first off, if I’m a 14 year old boy, 170 lbs, and 5′ 10"-5′ 7" am I even that over weight? I just want to feel comfortable taking off my shirt at the pool or when I get hot.

I had that problem too when I was 12-14. I think a LOT of boys do actually. I ended up being 6′4” and I was very slim by the age of 15. You may not end up that way but here is some advice regardless.

Eat as much as you want. You are still growing and you will likely get taller which will stretch out of round tummy you got there. You could embrace it too. My little cousin is 12, has round belly and wears his belly proudly. He pats his belly at the pool after he eats some hotdogs and says "Gimme 10 minutes and I’ll be at it again" and people laugh. They love having him around because he makes the fat people more comfortable. In a few years these days will seem so petty! Don’t worry so much about it man.

As far as losing weight fast: Eat ONLY fruits and vegetables for a whole week. CARROTS and CELERY are fantastic. If you don’t hjave the willpower to do that then eat FISH instead of beef. Or chicken if you can’t find any fish. But definetly eat carrots and celery. Broccoli is good too if u steam it. Good luck and be proud!

Im not talking 25 or 50 pounds here, just 4 or 5 pounds like from the tummie and legs. What are some good things to do and eat for that?

Run 20 minutes 5x a week, go to the gym to lift. Do exercises on the stairs. Eat a lot of vegetables and whole grains. Drink a lot of water. Don’t drink soda or salty foods.

I am trying to lose a bunch of weight that i’ve gained throughout my marriage and now that I’m divorced and single I wanna look good but I want to be healthy even more so I can run and play with my kids. I want to do the low carbs diet but I dont know what to do with it.. I dont know the portions or whatever if u could help me that would be great

Anyone knows how to lose weight fast and easy?

Hi, my name’s Feodora and I am 13 years old. I need to lose weight before school starts. School starts next month in August, so please!! I need your help and don’t say anything mean please.

Some tips:
Eat protein with every meal!
Eat 5-6 smaller meals everyday instead of 3 meals.
Eat oatmeal sweetened with honey or Stevia for breakfast. Throw in some bananas, blueberries or raisins. Eat a hard-boiled egg white or scrambled eggs (egg-beaters are best) and a piece of wheat toast.
For mid-morning snack, try a fruit smoothie with any kind of fruit, skim milk, flaxseed and protein powder. Mix up in a blender and yum!
For lunch, eat a veggie full salad with spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrot, mushrooms, soy beans and anything else you can throw in it. Instead of using dressing, use a splash of red wine vinegar and drizzle on some extra virgin olive oil. Try putting some turkey or chicken pieces in the salad too.
For afternoon snack, try apple with peanut butter or veggies and hummus.
For dinner, eat brown rice, steamed veggies and baked/grilled or broiled fish or chicken. Eat beans too or instead of the meat.
After dinner snack could be a frozen Edy’s fruit bar or Crystal Light popsicle. Eat plenty of veggies and fruit throughout the day too.
Drink only water! Try some lemon in it too.
Exercise daily (rest once or twice a week starting out) by walking or run/walking sprints for 30 to 60 minutes a day. Try to work the upper body and lower body everyday. Lunges along with push ups are great. Good luck!

I’m in college, and currently have surpassed the freshman 15 and went on to gain the sophomore 30 or so…with having almost NO time to make anything, what are some easy ways to avoid the drive-thru and eat healthy, and lose some weight?
I’ve been pretty lazy and today decided to join a gym, so I’ll be working out a couple hours a night about 4times a week I hope. What else can I do to shed the McDonalds dollar menu off?

-Stay away from Red meats,all red meats!
-Eat lean meats Like Fish,Tuna,Chicken,Turkey,Ostrich
-Have a few Carbohydrates a day and good fats like Pasta,Nuts,and natural dried fruit
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day
-Drink 1-2 cups of green tea
-If you do drink coffee,you can have a cup a day or swap it for a 100% cup of fruit juice
-If you crave food just chew a piece of gum or have a glass of water
-do 45 minutes of cardio a day,which is fast running.you can burn 400-700 calories a day
-Do crunches and weights,gets your lower stomach toned and your arms tight!
-Eat protein! Like fish,egg
-Have plenty of fruit and vegetables
-You can have a slice of rye bread a day
-you can still eat cheese..make sure it is LOW FAT and lean
-eat high fiber cereals like Special K,Oats and Wheat Bix
-Eat nice weigh-less soups
-Eat 1000-1300 calories a day
-REMEMBER to stay fit and active,swim,dance,sing like theres no tomorrow,just have fun!!

Try this for a week,you can loose 2-5 pounds a week!

Breakfast:
a bowl of special k (the one with red berries or add some dried fruit to it) and an apple or banana
Snack: a provita or a piece of fruit
Lunch: 1 or 2 slices of rye bread,lettuce,chicken or tuna mayonaise,tomato and a slice of cheese
Dinner: Rice,roast vegetables and any lean meats,even add a desert like a Vitalina yogurt!

You can choose to have your snack before lunch or before dinner.Please remember your water and exercises!

100 crunches a day
50 sit ups a day
15 minute cardio a day
Swimming
