How can I lose weight easy , safe, and healthily?

Im 15 and I weigh 150 lbs. I want to be 120 lbs and I am 5′6. How can I lose weight fast, easy, and safe?

start going jogging as often as possible but don’t run every single day. you need to rest 1-3 days a week atleast. and on top of running do some excercise to help build muscle- crunches, bicyles, etc. once you start building muscle and getting rid of fat then don’t pay attention to weight as much because muscle weighs more than fat. your doctor knows what would help you the most. It will take alot of perseverence!

I have lost weight and have Hypothyroidsm. I went on Weight Watchers online and just took it a day at a time, sometimes a meal at a time. Also, make sure you are on the correct dose of meds for this health problem. Best of luck, but I assure you it can be done. I lost 2 pounds a week like anyone else.

Ugh, ignor that first jerk, I hate people like that. Don’t you worry girlfriend, try weight watchers points system. You can still eat but just keep within your points range, plus theres meetings with lots opf support and encouragement.

How can i lose weight fast and easy before skool?

I want to lose weight before skool starts…. i dont look THAT fat but i am a little overweight I THINK AND ALOT OF MY FRIENDS ARE SKINNIER THEN ME….BUT I AM NOT COMPARING MYSELF TO THEM. i just want to look more healthier!

What are fast and easy ways to lose weight?

i wanna lose weight like in month or 4 weeks. i don’t want to make crushing diets or take medicines and stuff coz it’s dangerous!! tell me about some delicious and nutritious vegetarian meals…

I do not know vegetarian meals, but here is a general idea. Just make sure you get a good amount of protein. The key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday – 1 hour lifting
Wednesday – Rest
Thrusday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday – 1 hour lifting
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
